Tuberculosis
The Biomedical Center studies the genetic diversity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex strains distributed in various risk groups in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, as well as analyzes the frequency of mutations associated with drug resistance to various anti-tuberculosis drugs.
STDs and hepatitis
As part of the research projects carried out at the Biomedical Center, counseling is provided to participants, the main group of whom are injecting drug users.
